Washington (Business Emerge): Pune’s emerging startup, DivineLane, has surpassed expectations, recording over 53,000 sales of Rudraksha beads and gemstones in its first year. This achievement underscores the company’s swift rise in the spiritual jewelry industry and its ability to cater to the increasing demand for authentic and spiritually meaningful products.
The foundation of DivineLane’s success lies in its unique approach, which blends age-old traditions with modern-day convenience. Co-founded in 2021 by Vipul Soni, a third-generation jeweler, and Aditya Kachave, an IIT graduate, the company has swiftly gained a reputation as a trusted name in the spiritual jewelry sector. In its second and third years, they witnessed significant growth, more than doubling its initial revenue.
In February 2024, it took a significant step in its expansion journey by inaugurating a second office in Pune. Looking ahead, the company plans to extend its reach beyond the online domain, with intentions to launch physical retail stores by the end of the year. This move represents a crucial phase in its transition from an online platform to a multi-channel retail experience.
“DivineLane has carved out a unique space for itself, with no other organized gemstone player in India capturing the market like we do. Our goal has always been to make authentic spiritual jewelry and expert guidance accessible to everyone,” said co-founder Vipul Soni.
